Emaar is looking for a dedicated Pool Bar Attendant to join their Food & Beverage team. This role is designed to deliver exceptional culinary and guest experiences at the poolside bar while maintaining the brand’s premium standards. The successful candidate will represent Emaar’s hospitality ethos and ensure every guest enjoys high-quality food and service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all operational tasks in food and beverage production in line with service standards.

• Assist in delivering consistent, high-quality food to guests.

• Go the extra mile to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.

• Maintain excellent hygiene standards, following local food safety and HACCP guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues (Ambassadors) with the guest’s best interests in mind.

• Ensure all guest interactions reflect professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Genuine service personality with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).

• High school diploma in Catering or a college degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hospitality setting.

• Strong knowledge of local food hygiene standards and HACCP practices.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptability, resilience, and a strong drive to achieve results.
