Planet One Group, a global diversified organization operating across Education, Agriculture, Trading, EPC, Energy, and Mining, is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Chairman. The role ensures smooth executive operations by managing schedules, correspondence, and communications while supporting the Chairman and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Manage the Chairman’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.

Organize travel arrangements and handle related logistics.

Prepare, file, and manage correspondence and documentation.
-
Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Maintain operational efficiency and support smooth communication across the organization.

Provide administrative and clerical support as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.
Qualifications / Requirements:

Proven experience in Personal Assistance or Executive Administrative roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Expertise in diary management and scheduling.
-
Excellent clerical skills including filing, documentation, and correspondence handling.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
-
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
