Personal Assistant to Chairman
Planet One Group Dubai , UAE

Planet One Group, a global diversified organization operating across Education, Agriculture, Trading, EPC, Energy, and Mining, is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Chairman. The role ensures smooth executive operations by managing schedules, correspondence, and communications while supporting the Chairman and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Organize travel arrangements and handle related logistics.

  • Prepare, file, and manage correspondence and documentation.

  • Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain operational efficiency and support smooth communication across the organization.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support as required.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Personal Assistance or Executive Administrative roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Expertise in diary management and scheduling.

  • Excellent clerical skills including filing, documentation, and correspondence handling.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
