ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Personal Assistant on behalf of a client to provide high-level executive support to the CEO. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience supporting C-suite or Director-level executives and the ability to manage tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, email inboxes, and daily communications.

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events.

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle confidential matters and personal errands with absolute discretion.

Provide support for special projects and track key deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
-
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level or Director-level executives.
-
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong adaptability, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure.
