Kaf Cafe, a newly launched concept café in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support its owner and senior team in daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or startups. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, assisting with vendor management, and providing overall support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the owner’s calendar, appointments, and meetings

Coordinate internal and external communications (emails, calls)

Assist with vendor follow-ups, orders, and inventory coordination

Maintain digital and physical documentation and filing systems

Support marketing and social media coordination as required

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the owner

Liaise with HR, suppliers, and other external partners

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Support the café’s daily operational and administrative functions
Requirements & Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or startup sector

Strong skills in communication, diary management, and clerical tasks

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Must be currently based in Dubai with UAE experience

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced café environment and evolving business needs

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters
Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month
