Job Role:
The company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide top-level secretarial and administrative support to a senior executive. The role involves ensuring smooth departmental operations through time management, correspondence handling, and confidential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative services to the Department Manager

Manage diary scheduling, time coordination, and meeting arrangements

Organize travel logistics including itineraries, visas, and accommodations

Draft, route, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including confidential material
-
Coordinate internal and external communications and follow up on pending matters
-
Maintain efficient document filing, data retrieval, and information tracking systems
-
Attend and record meeting minutes when required

Exercise a high level of discretion in handling both professional and personal matters for the executive
Qualifications & Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of office administration and secretarial functions

Excellent computer and keyboard skills (Microsoft Office proficient)

Professional communication skills and confident telephone etiquette
-
Adaptable, flexible, team-oriented, and proactive with a keen eye for detail
