This full-time, on-site role is pivotal as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth and supportive interactions throughout their care journey. The Patient Coordinator will guide patients through medical services, facilitate appointment scheduling, and enhance patient satisfaction by promoting appropriate care options and services. The ideal candidate will have a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients warmly and professionally throughout their visit.

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up coordination accurately.

• Explain medical procedures, timelines, and available services clearly to patients.

• Act as a liaison between patients and clinical or administrative teams.

• Guide patients to relevant departments or services based on their needs.

• Promote bundled care packages, ongoing promotions, and complementary services.

• Recognize patient preferences and make personalized care suggestions.

• Support patient participation in loyalty and referral programs.

• Monitor patient wait times and coordinate with staff to ensure efficient flow.

• Address patient inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating when necessary.

• Maintain accurate data entry in EMR and CRM systems.

• Conduct follow-up communications post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing care.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient-facing role in a medical center or clinic.

• Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems.

• Multilingual abilities, especially Arabic and English, are advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathy and cultural sensitivity towards diverse patient populations.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
