Patient Coordinator


Al Zeyarat Home Health Care Centre
is looking for an empathetic, organized, and service-focused Patient Coordinator to join its team in Sharjah. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care and thrive in dynamic healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with patients in a respectful, professional, and empathetic manner
- Confirm appointments, manage patient registration, and prepare necessary documentation
- Handle billing, payments, and receipts with detailed explanation and transparency
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and ensure data security
- Coordinate admission and discharge processes and ensure a smooth patient experience
- Address patient concerns and manage complaint redressal procedures effectively
- Provide outstanding front-desk and telephone etiquette, and support back-office work as needed
- Maintain petty cash, document transactions, and follow billing protocols
- Ensure seamless visitor flow and high patient satisfaction throughout the healthcare journey
- Collaborate with various departments and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or coordinator in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with sales of cosmetics or dermatology products is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional communication across diverse backgrounds
- Patient-centric, service-minded, and emotionally intelligent
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask under pressure
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
