Job Title: Packaging Materials Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Materials Coordinator to manage the receipt, storage, and documentation of packaging materials in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical warehouse. This role is crucial in supporting production continuity, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming packaging materials, ensuring accurate documentation and quality checks.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

Conduct regular inventory audits and participate in cycle counts to ensure data integrity.

Organize and store materials following GMP standards and safety protocols.

Label materials accurately with batch numbers and expiry dates to ensure full traceability.

Work with the Warehouse Manager to improve storage efficiency and material flow.

Maintain comprehensive records of all material movements, including receipts, issuances, and returns.

Ensure all documentation is GMP-compliant and audit-ready.

Prepare reports on material usage and inventory status as needed.

Coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely material availability.

Liaise with the procurement team to facilitate timely reorders based on production needs.

Report any quality concerns or availability issues to relevant stakeholders.

Follow safety protocols and handle materials in a manner that prevents contamination or damage.

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations for material handling and storage.

Support internal audits and inspections to uphold GMP and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in packaging material or warehouse coordination within the pharmaceutical industry.

Basic understanding of GMP principles and inventory practices.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software.
-
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data reporting and documentation.

Effective communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
