We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Graphic Design Specialist to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for creating custom packaging and box designs that combine creativity, structure, and brand identity—delivering both form and function.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Conceptualization:

• Design engaging, brand-consistent packaging solutions including boxes, labels, inserts, and related collateral.

• Develop digital mockups and physical prototypes to bring packaging concepts to life.

Functional Design Integration:

• Work closely with production teams and engineers to ensure packaging designs are practical, durable, and manufacturable.

• Factor in die-lines, structural dimensions, and material specifications.

Brand Alignment:

• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure cohesive visual identity across packaging.

• Interpret client needs and create custom solutions that align with their brand vision and packaging goals.

Print & Prepress Preparation:

• Prepare high-quality, print-ready files with attention to detail on color profiles, bleeds, resolutions, and technical accuracy.

• Modify and manage die-line templates to maintain precision in design.

Industry Insight & Innovation:

• Keep up with industry trends, sustainable materials, and cutting-edge packaging techniques.

• Bring innovative ideas and eco-conscious approaches into your design process.

Technical Proficiency:

• Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CAD software to create and refine packaging designs.

• Maintain organized file structures and follow internal file management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or packaging design.

• Strong understanding of structural packaging design and branding.

• A portfolio showcasing packaging or box design work is a big plus.
