Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Description:
Al Bahri Hardware and Safety Equipment LLC, one of the UAE’s most prominent and trusted suppliers of safety and industrial products, is looking for a driven and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting a wide range of high-quality industrial products, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), power tools, fasteners, construction supplies, and other safety solutions.
As one of the oldest and most renowned suppliers in the UAE, we are committed to delivering top-tier products at competitive prices without compromising on safety. We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic outdoor sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities across industrial, construction, and commercial sectors.

Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and product presentations to build and maintain strong relationships.

Product Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell a variety of hardware tools, safety equipment, and industrial products, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and proper usage to clients.

Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Awareness: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adapt sales approach.

Negotiation and Coordination: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients while adhering to company guidelines.

Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including client feedback and market insights, to management.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, business development, or field marketing, particularly in hardware, safety gear, or industrial supplies.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety standards and familiarity with hardware/safety equipment such as PPE, emergency eye and face wash, safety nets, road safety products, and more.

Client Management: Ability to identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for negotiating and closing sales.

Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, with a results-driven approach and strong time management skills.

License & Travel: Valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools to manage client data and sales activities efficiently.

Technical Background: A technical or engineering background is an added advantage.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction and industrial supply chain in the UAE.

Existing Network: A well-established client network in the construction, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
