Role Overview:
As an Operations Support Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, managing queries, resolving complaints, and processing client documentation. The role requires someone with excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, eager to provide best-in-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, providing timely and accurate support.

Resolve product or service issues by identifying problems and offering efficient solutions.

Process contracts, legal documents, and client orders accurately.

Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and transactions.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic support.

Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments where necessary.
Requirements:

Minimum of a secondary school education; a business-related undergraduate degree is preferred.

1–2 years of experience in a customer support or operations role.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
