The Operational Resource Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing mobilization operations, including managing budgets, negotiating agreements, and implementing software solutions. The role ensures compliance with visa requirements, oversees invoicing, and leads cost-effective mobilization practices.
Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of accommodations, flights, and transportation across departments

Collaborate with the Planning Manager to ensure mobilization plans align with requirements

Negotiate favorable rates with vendors and manage vendor relationships

Maintain a comprehensive cost tracking dashboard for mobilization-related expenses

Ensure compliance with regulations, visa requirements, and company procedures

Develop and enforce mobilization budget policies and track expenditures
-
Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the mobilization team

Act as the primary liaison for the development and management of new operational hubs

Manage travel policies, collaborate with the Travel Desk team, and ensure budget compliance
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-
10 to 12 years of experience in mobilization management, finance, or budgeting
-
Proven experience in international business and vendor contract negotiation
-
Proficiency in software tools like Monday.com and IFS
-
Strong team player with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
