A Confidential organization in Dubai is hiring a UAE National Onboarding Officer to manage and enhance the employee onboarding experience. This full-time, on-site role is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into their roles and the company culture. The Onboarding Officer will coordinate orientation programs, manage documentation, and serve as the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring they have the tools and support needed for a successful start.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement structured onboarding programs for new hires

Schedule and deliver orientation sessions to introduce company values and policies

Handle employment paperwork including contracts, payroll, and HR documents

Serve as a support contact for new employees, addressing their questions and concerns

Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and departments to ensure smooth integration

Maintain accurate onboarding records and prepare reports for leadership

Continuously evaluate and enhance onboarding strategies for improved efficiency

Ensure new hires have access to essential technology and resources
