Position: Office Boy
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of showroom areas including furniture displays, reception, pantry, and offices.

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and customers as requested.

• Assist with organizing and cleaning furniture displays and showroom setup.

• Run office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and collecting supplies.

• Support the team with moving and arranging furniture as directed.

• Help administrative staff with filing and organizing office materials.

• Ensure pantry supplies and refreshments are stocked and maintained.

• Manage waste disposal and uphold hygiene standards throughout the premises.

• Greet and assist visitors or customers during busy periods.

• Perform other duties assigned to support daily office operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment use.

• Physically fit with ability to lift and handle furniture carefully.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with a helpful approach.
