Office Administrator cum Accountant


Mazrui International, a diversified holding group with businesses in finance, oil & gas, construction, trading, real estate, and more, is hiring an Office Administrator cum Accountant. This role is responsible for managing office operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Administrative Duties:
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and HR support (payroll, recruitment, onboarding).
- Maintain digital & physical filing systems and supervise office staff.
📊 Accounting Duties:
- Maintain financial records, bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable.
- Prepare financial reports (balance sheets, profit & loss, cash flow statements).
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and financial transactions.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative & accounting roles.
💡 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong time management & multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel & accounting software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
