Join a well-established valuation and advisory firm based in Dubai, specializing in independent real estate valuations across the US and MENA regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow.

Handle all communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and maintain calendar schedules.

Oversee record-keeping, document renewals, bookings, invoicing, and payment reminders.
Skills & Qualifications:

Open to Asian nationals.

Female candidates up to 35 years of age.

Minimum 2 years of UAE work experience, preferably within the real estate sector.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
