We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Filipino Female Office Administrator to manage daily administrative functions and support operations with efficiency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files systematically.

Handle visa processing and employee documentation in compliance with UAE laws.

Liaise with legal and government entities for administrative coordination.

Ensure adherence to UAE labor and immigration regulations.

Assist the HR department and management with administrative and operational support.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Female candidate of Filipino nationality (mandatory).

Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.

Strong understanding of UAE visa processes and compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general office software.

Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Based in Dubai or open to relocation.
