Masar Al Ameen Real Estate is a fast-growing, reputable real estate company based in Dubai, committed to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Filipino Female Office Administrator to manage daily administrative functions and support operations with efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files systematically.

  • Handle visa processing and employee documentation in compliance with UAE laws.

  • Liaise with legal and government entities for administrative coordination.

  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor and immigration regulations.

  • Assist the HR department and management with administrative and operational support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Female candidate of Filipino nationality (mandatory).

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of UAE visa processes and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general office software.

  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

  • Based in Dubai or open to relocation.

  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary: Will be discussed during the interview.
