Azco Real Estate Brokers LLC, an award-winning real estate brokerage established in 2007, is expanding its Off-Plan Sales division and is seeking driven, client-focused consultants to join its growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with investors, presenting new developments, and closing high-value transactions. You will work closely with leading developers and gain direct exposure to Dubai’s most in-demand off-plan projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce buyers and investors to off-plan developments and new project launches

• Present project details including layouts, pricing, payment plans, handover timelines, and ROI potential

• Engage clients through referrals, networking, events, exhibitions, and direct outreach

• Guide clients through the booking, reservation, and documentation process

• Build long-term relationships with investors, end-users, and developer partners

• Stay informed on new launches, market trends, and investment opportunities

• Represent developer projects professionally (no physical property viewings required)

Candidate Profile:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in off-plan sales or off-plan resale is a strong advantage (but not essential)

• Confident communicators with a strong client-facing approach

• Self-motivated, target-driven individuals focused on results

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is preferred

• Valid UAE driving licence

• Fluency in English

Additional Languages (Highly Desirable):

• Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Spanish, Farsi
