JINS follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework alongside international preschool standards, providing holistic education to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Nursery Teachers to join our team for an August start across our vibrant Dubai branches. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a rich, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality early years education based on the British EYFS framework.

• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children’s learning and development.

• Design engaging lesson plans that foster curiosity, creativity, and active learning.

• Observe and assess children’s development and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child’s individual needs.

• Participate in professional development and nursery-wide initiatives.

• Support and guide classroom assistants to ensure effective delivery of curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a professional certification in Early Childhood (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3).

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 4 years.

• Strong understanding of EYFS and early years pedagogical best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.

• Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about working with young children.

• Team-oriented, committed, and proactive in contributing to school life.
