ICB Labs is seeking a talented Network Engineer to join our pioneering blockchain ecosystem. You will play a key role in designing, managing, and securing the network infrastructure that powers our Web3, NFT, and metaverse operations. This is a hands-on technical position ideal for professionals with a passion for decentralized technologies and robust IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Setup & Maintenance

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)

• Ensure consistent network connectivity across company sites and remote environments

• Document network configurations, topologies, and system changes

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor network performance, uptime, and resource usage

• Identify and resolve issues related to latency, outages, and bottlenecks

Security Management

• Manage and update firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances

• Conduct regular network security audits and implement necessary patches

• Monitor for suspicious activity and respond to incidents

User & System Support

• Provide support for network access, permissions, and user connectivity issues

• Manage IP address allocations and network access controls

Documentation & Planning

• Maintain a full inventory of hardware, IPs, and licenses

• Assist in network expansion and upgrade strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Administrator

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and VPNs

• Familiarity with Fortinet, SonicWall, Aruba, and Cisco environments

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)

• Familiarity with VoIP technologies
