Key Responsibilities: Prepare multi-cuisine dishes (Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Tandoori); maintain consistency in taste and quality; uphold food safety and hygiene; support food prep, mise en place, and kitchen operations; assist with cleaning, dishwashing, and pantry duties.
Skills Required: Multi-cuisine cooking expertise; 2+ years of kitchen experience preferred; food hygiene knowledge; strong teamwork and time management; ability to work shifts and follow recipe standards.
