nybl is looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer who lives and breathes movement and visual storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who can transform static visuals into engaging animations that communicate, educate, and inspire. From campaign reels to UI micro-interactions, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people experience the nybl brand in motion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design captivating motion graphics, reels, animated explainers, product demos, and campaign animations.

• Animate static design assets or create visuals from scratch when needed.

• Build on-brand visual content that enhances clarity, emotion, and engagement across platforms.

• Collaborate with the Creative Art Director and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling motion experiences.

• Execute projects from concept to final frame while ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Optimize animations for different platforms and resolutions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, animation tools, and design practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

• 4+ years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Bonus: Knowledge of VFX, Cinema 4D, or 3D software.

• Strong ability to craft 2D, 2.5D, and stylized 3D animations.

• Strong design sense with an excellent grasp of storytelling, typography, pacing, and transitions.

• Hands-on experience in designing and animating layouts in both English and Arabic (mandatory).

• Strong portfolio and showreel demonstrating range, creativity, and execution skills (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
