This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in financial services and real estate. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will provide unbiased home financing advice to clients, support them through the loan process, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth. You’ll be part of a high-performance environment with access to extensive training and mentorship from seasoned mortgage professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to online mortgage inquiries and deliver a superior customer experience
• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products for home purchase or refinancing
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to build a network of real estate referral partners
• Guide clients through the entire loan process—from application to closing
• Prospect for new business using Property Finder’s extensive client database

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a direct-to-consumer role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• General understanding of the UAE real estate and financial services landscape
• Multilingual candidates are preferred
