Hermès, the world-renowned French luxury house, is inviting UAE Nationals to join its Mihraj Program in Dubai. This 6-month development program is designed to nurture Emirati talent in alignment with the UAE Government’s Emiratisation strategy. Participants will rotate across multiple business functions, gaining exposure to operations, contributing to projects, and learning directly from industry leaders. Upon successful completion, candidates will be eligible for permanent full-time roles with Hermès.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in 6-month structured rotations across key departments.

• Contribute to ongoing projects by providing innovative ideas and solutions.

• Conduct research and analysis to support departmental objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentorship meetings.

• Present key learnings and outcomes at the end of each rotation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Exclusively for UAE Nationals with a valid family book.

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of work experience.
