Employment Type: Full Time | 3–6 Month Contract (Immediate Start)

Our client, a leading Tier 1 main contracting company, is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join their team in Dubai for a newly launched residential high-rise project. This role is offered through J10 Consulting and provides an excellent opportunity for professionals with proven expertise in managing complex MEP works within large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of all MEP works in line with project specifications, approved drawings, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor quality, cost, and timeline to ensure project objectives are met.

• Coordinate submission and approval of MEP materials, equipment, and drawings.

• Track procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.

• Review and approve subcontractor work procedures and method statements.

• Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with specifications.

• Liaise with consultants, MEP supervisory engineers, and government authorities (DEWA, water, sewerage, etc.).

• Ensure proper documentation, including As-Built drawings and O&M manuals, is prepared and approved in accordance with contract terms.

• Evaluate contractor performance and provide progress and variation reports.

• Prepare coordinated reflected ceiling and builder’s work drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator or lead within main contracting companies.

• Proven track record in mid-to-high-rise building projects.

• Strong communication skills with experience dealing with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
