The role is ideal for passionate professionals who excel in sales, customer engagement, and relationship-building. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for promoting membership packages, driving revenue growth, and ensuring members enjoy exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective members, highlighting benefits and features of membership packages.

• Actively promote and sell memberships to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.

• Ensure accurate reporting and maintain performance standards through proper record management.

• Represent the brand professionally and align with FitnGlam’s premium positioning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Arabic communication skills (mandatory).

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in fitness, lifestyle, or luxury services.

• Ability to exceed performance goals and deliver outstanding results.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
