Lamborghini Abu Dhabi & Dubai is hiring a Marketing Manager responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to ensure the dealership’s products and services resonate with current and potential customers. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, events, and public relations activities, working closely with sales and CRM teams, and staying ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive and creative marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to engage target audiences.

• Conceptualize and manage events to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and create customer interest.

• Develop and implement an effective PR strategy to maintain a strong online and offline presence.

• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and emerging trends.

• Collaborate with CRM and sales teams to convert leads into sales and improve customer retention.

• Manage the marketing budget and track the ROI of campaigns.

• Prepare regular performance reports and adjust strategies based on data analysis.

• Lead the marketing team, ensuring KPIs are met and team training is conducted regularly.

• Ensure all marketing content aligns with Lamborghini’s brand identity and meets industry standards.
