We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive business growth across the aesthetic and orthopedic healthcare segments in the GCC and wider MENA region. This role combines market strategy, partner development, and commercial execution to strengthen brand presence and expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing and business development strategies for aesthetic and orthopedic healthcare solutions

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with sales, clinical, and product teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic decision-making

• Plan and manage marketing budgets, tracking performance and optimizing campaign ROI

• Lead brand representation at medical conferences, exhibitions, and industry events across the region

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing and business development, ideally within aesthetics, orthopedics, or medical devices

• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC healthcare market dynamics and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and reporting systems

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
