Atlantis Resorts is seeking a dynamic Manager, VIP Customer Development to lead the guest experience and client relationship strategy at its iconic venues including Carbone, Cloud 22, and Studio Frantzen. Based in Dubai, this on-site, full-time role is focused on building VIP client relationships, increasing venue sales, and managing exclusive experiences for high-profile guests. The successful candidate will have a proactive and outgoing personality, combined with deep experience in customer engagement, event promotion, and VIP hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and external luxury market stakeholders

Develop and implement initiatives to boost sales and brand loyalty across Atlantis venues

Coordinate with internal teams to organize guest preferences, bookings, and special event planning

Proactively network at high-end events and social gatherings to grow client base

Promote and execute strategic guest experiences, including private dining and cabana bookings
-
Collaborate with marketing and reservations teams to manage CRM data, lead generation, and social media outreach

Oversee VIP reservation accuracy and completeness using Seven Rooms platform
-
Support sponsorship and joint venture initiatives by identifying and submitting leads
-
Foster internal team engagement, ensuring all staff are aligned on promotions and guest service goals

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and emergency procedures as per company standards
Job Requirements:

Proven experience in VIP hospitality, luxury customer relationship management, or high-end event marketing

Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels

Excellent organizational, promotional, and multitasking abilities
-
Knowledge of CRM tools and digital guest reservation systems (e.g., Seven Rooms)

Deep understanding of Dubai’s luxury hospitality scene and guest expectations

Ability to build high-performing client engagement strategies and exceed sales targets

Proactive attitude, with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
