Four Seasons is seeking a Manager, New Opening Technology Delivery – EMEA to oversee the successful delivery of technology systems during the pre-opening phase for hotels in the region. This role involves working closely with vendors, consultants, and hotel teams to ensure that Four Seasons technology and systems are implemented according to the company’s high standards. The Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, procurement, and delivery of technologies, while ensuring that all systems are properly installed, tested, and commissioned before hotel openings.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project budgets for technology systems, including procurement and vendor management.

Lead the technology delivery process for pre-opening phases of hotels, ensuring all systems are installed and operational.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on sequencing, prioritization, and scheduling of technology deployment.

Manage the lifecycle of technology projects, including creating critical paths, vendor communications, and status reports.

Ensure compliance with Four Seasons SOPs, and resolve conflicts or issues with technology implementations.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of IT budgets (CAPEX, AMC, and pre-opening budgets).

Work with hotel operations teams to integrate technology systems, including PMS, POS, and other hospitality-specific applications.

Lead the approval of contracts and work with vendors to finalize pricing and service agreements.

Develop and deliver orientations and training sessions to hotel teams to ensure smooth technology onboarding.

Participate in special projects for the department as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, specifically in technology management or project management (Director of IT or higher).

PMP / CSM or equivalent certifications preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.

Strong knowledge of hospitality technology applications and systems (PMS, POS, Financial systems, cloud solutions, virtualization).

Proven experience managing technology projects from start to finish.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Willingness to travel to various locations during the pre-opening phase.
