✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer success or cybersecurity/fraud risk management.

• Solid understanding of the payments industry or cybersecurity landscape.

• Proficiency in using business intelligence and analytics tools for risk, fraud, and threat detection.

• Strong storytelling and communication skills to convey technical value clearly.

• Ability to identify and close strategic growth opportunities with customers.

• Experience with financial institutions, digital platforms, acquirers/processors, or technology providers is a plus.
