Publicis Groupe Middle East is looking for a creative and strategic Manager – Content to lead the development of impactful content across corporate, financial, and social media platforms. This hybrid role is ideal for a content leader experienced in writing, editing, and stakeholder communication within high-paced agency or in-house environments—particularly in financial or regulated sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Lead ideation, conceptualization, and implementation of client content strategies.

Create and edit professional content for corporate and financial clients.

Oversee multiple content streams, timelines, and approval processes.
-
Communicate with C-level stakeholders and ensure brand compliance.
-
Pitch content ideas and conduct social listening and analysis.
-
Manage community tools and ensure social best practices.

Supervise junior content team members and maintain quality output.

Develop and track content operations such as calendars, version control, and naming conventions.

Translate analytics and competitive intelligence into content strategy.

Contribute to thought leadership, award submissions, and content innovation.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

3–4 years of professional experience in content, communications, or journalism.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Strong project management and editing skills.
-
Experience with social media platforms, publishing tools, and CMS.

Insight into UAE and KSA content landscapes is preferred.

Experience with workflow tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

Strategic mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
