Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a warm, professional, and welcoming approach, offering expert guidance on product selections.

Develop a deep understanding of the boutique’s collections and communicate the unique value and stories behind each piece.

Cultivate lasting relationships with both new and returning clients, offering personalized shopping experiences.

Achieve sales targets by identifying client preferences and providing tailored recommendations.

Accurately process transactions and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.

Assist in maintaining boutique appearance, including merchandising and stock management.

Represent Armarium at events, private client appointments, and brand-related activities as needed.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end jewellery sales.
