The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards in line with the company’s customer service guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets using advanced selling techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.

• Maintain store presentation standards, cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.

• Comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss.

• Support customers in locating or obtaining merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores.

• Foster repeat business through strong customer relationships and high-value transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school certificate.

• 1–2 years of industry experience, preferably in retail or luxury fashion.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.
