Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Live Site Coordinator for the IMETA (India, Middle East, Turkey & Africa) region, based in Dubai. This role acts as the main liaison between local operations and Global Business Services (GBS) for program and release management. You will manage release roadmaps, coordinate sprints, ensure communication between sites and users, and handle demand management for process and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage release roadmaps and detailed project plans.

Oversee release cycles from design to Go-Live and hypercare.

Communicate updates and benefits of system enhancements to live site users.

Ensure training materials and regression testing reflect release updates.

Collect and evaluate business demands, set priorities, and monitor implementation status.

Drive proactive communication with key users across sites.

Coordinate testing resources and maintain accurate role assignment logs.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

1–2 years of relevant work experience.

Minimum 1 year experience in SAP/ERP systems.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and project management.

Knowledge of integration points, service-related technologies, and Computer System Validation.

Excellent English communication skills; cross-functional and international collaboration experience.
