The Line Supervisor will supervise line staff, train new employees, and ensure smooth workflow to meet production goals. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, offering some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day production line activities.

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and food safety standards.

• Train, guide, and support new employees on processes and procedures.

• Oversee quality control measures and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain productivity, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.

• Prepare and submit production-related reports as required.

• Promote a safe and organized work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Proven experience in quality control and quality assurance.

• Prior experience in the food processing industry is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
