Ali Restaurant and Café in Dubai is looking for an experienced Line Cook specializing in Eastern and International cuisines. The role is full-time and requires immediate joining. The Line Cook will maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and kitchen operations while collaborating effectively with the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dishes in Eastern and International cuisines to maintain consistency and quality.

Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and other food safety protocols.

Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for ingredient usage.

Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Manage inventory and ensure proper handling of kitchen supplies.

Work collaboratively with co-workers, supporting a positive team environment.

Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Eastern and International cuisines.

Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.

Understanding of international culinary standards and practices.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Positive attitude and professionalism in a team-oriented setting.
