Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Lifeguard who is dynamic, attentive, and self-motivated, with a strong passion for recreation and guest safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests using the pool area, providing first aid when necessary, and maintaining high hygiene and operational standards in the recreational zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all pool and swimming area activities to ensure guest safety.

• Warn swimmers of unsafe situations and enforce pool rules.

• Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations.

• Monitor water quality by testing chlorine and pH levels regularly.

• Maintain cleanliness and order around the swimming pool and deck areas.

• Ensure all sun loungers, umbrellas, and poolside furniture are clean, organized, and in working condition.

• Keep pool deck free from hazards and debris.

• Assist in setting up poolside equipment and ensuring umbrellas are safely secured or tied down when not in use.

• Respond quickly to any incidents and provide emergency care until professional medical help arrives.

• Be familiar with all resort facilities, operating hours, promotions, and pricing to assist guests effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Professional swimming skills and a certified Lifeguard Qualification or diploma (First Aid and CPR certification required).

• Previous lifeguard experience, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry.

• Physically fit and able to work long shifts in an outdoor environment.

• Good command of spoken English and basic interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and act quickly in emergencies.
