Azco Real Estate Brokers LLC, an award-winning real estate brokerage established in 2007, is expanding its Leasing and Secondary Sales team and is seeking motivated, people-focused property consultants to join its growing network across Dubai.

This role offers hands-on exposure to Dubai’s fast-paced residential property market, uncapped commission potential, and the opportunity to build a strong personal brand with the backing of a respected brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach

• Conduct property viewings and provide transparent, market-driven advice to clients

• Manage negotiations and successfully close leasing and resale transactions

• List, market, and present properties professionally across multiple platforms

• Stay informed on rental trends, pricing, and real estate market activity in Dubai

• Handle contracts, documentation, and regulatory compliance with confidence

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and a strong professional network

Candidate Profile:

What We’re Looking For:

• Real estate leasing or sales experience is a strong advantage, but not essential

• Confident, articulate communicators who enjoy client-facing roles

• Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with a results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

• Familiarity with Dubai’s property market is preferred

• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to attend property viewings

• Fluency in English

Additional Languages (Highly Desirable):

• Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Spanish, Farsi
