Fortes Education is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner for Sunmarke School in Dubai. The role involves providing support to students and staff in the Primary Phase, helping to enhance students’ academic and social development. The Learning Support Practitioner will work closely with teachers, assist with the preparation of learning resources, and monitor student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in enhancing student learning and social development.

• Provide feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements under the guidance of teachers.

• Track and maintain records of pupil progress over time.

• Apply strategies to boost students’ self-esteem, self-confidence, and independence.

• Prepare classroom materials, displays, equipment, and supplies as directed by teachers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to student privacy.

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

• Experience working with children.

• Knowledge of inclusive pedagogy.

• Bilingual candidates are welcomed.
