FP is seeking a Lean Consultant to join their Dubai-based team, providing top-tier consulting services to clients across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The role focuses on delivering impactful Lean Management solutions to enhance operations, drive business transformation, and improve performance. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for professionals with a background in management consulting and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Lean-based process improvement solutions.

Support clients in addressing operational challenges and delivering measurable, sustainable outcomes.

Mentor and manage fellow Lean professionals during engagements.

Take full accountability for assigned project roles and performance tracking.

Lead change management initiatives across organizational hierarchies.
-
Adapt swiftly to complex, evolving project scopes and cross-functional challenges.

Align project goals and outcomes with client stakeholders at all levels.

Conduct workshops, participate in steering committees, and contribute to client presentations.

Support business development efforts and assist in client acquisition.

Contribute to the evolution of Lean Management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Management Consulting.

Strong background in project management and operational change implementation.
-
Practical knowledge of Lean tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, Kanban, TPM, and others.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel in particular).

Outstanding analytical, logical reasoning, and time management skills.

Strong team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and professional presence.

Willingness to travel extensively, particularly to Saudi Arabia.

High commitment to quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
Educational Qualifications:

MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
