🎯 Position: Lead – Project Management

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement PMO frameworks, processes, and templates for ERP programs.

• Track and maintain project schedules, KPIs, workstream deliverables, and integrated master plans.

• Generate detailed reporting (e.g., milestone tracking, baseline vs. actual, critical paths).

• Drive governance support through updated RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.

• Maintain Change Control and ensure version-controlled documentation is accessible.

• Ensure cross-functional integration and monitor interdependencies across multiple workstreams.

• Challenge and validate inputs from project leads to ensure data integrity and alignment.

• Oversee risk mitigation strategies and support issue escalation and resolution.

• Maintain project tracking tools (MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet) and support weekly board reporting.

• Assess project deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project/program management, ideally in ERP/SAP transformation projects.

• Expertise in PM software such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

• Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale cross-functional programs.

• Multicultural mindset with experience in the MENA region preferred.

• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and exceptional stakeholder communication.

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead with influence across matrix teams.
