Lead – Government Relations Executive
Aldar Education Abu Dhabi , UAE
  • Manage MOHRE, ICP, and ADEK processes in coordination with the Head Office GR team, school principals, and HR.

  • Ensure compliance with all ADEK, MOHRE, and ICP regulations, keeping up to date with policy changes.

  • Liaise with ADEK and other government entities, maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Translate key policies, documents, and communications between English and Arabic.

  • Act as interpreter in parent-pupil meetings when required.

  • Manage ADEK PASS system, ensuring employee compliance with staff licensing, qualifications, and appointment letters.

  • Coordinate employee visa approvals, renewals, and labor contracts, ensuring timely processing.

  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity in all communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in public relations or related roles, preferably within ADEK/KHDA governed schools.

  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government systems (ADEK, MOHRE, ICP).

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of ADEK/KHDA legislation, MOHRE & ICP policies and processes.

  • UAE driving license preferred.
