Manage MOHRE, ICP, and ADEK processes in coordination with the Head Office GR team, school principals, and HR.

Ensure compliance with all ADEK, MOHRE, and ICP regulations, keeping up to date with policy changes.

Liaise with ADEK and other government entities, maintaining strong professional relationships.
-
Translate key policies, documents, and communications between English and Arabic.
-
Act as interpreter in parent-pupil meetings when required.
-
Manage ADEK PASS system, ensuring employee compliance with staff licensing, qualifications, and appointment letters.
-
Coordinate employee visa approvals, renewals, and labor contracts, ensuring timely processing.

Maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity in all communications.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in public relations or related roles, preferably within ADEK/KHDA governed schools.
-
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (verbal & written).
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government systems (ADEK, MOHRE, ICP).
-
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
-
Knowledge of ADEK/KHDA legislation, MOHRE & ICP policies and processes.
-
UAE driving license preferred.
