DBB Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled Lead Estimator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the estimation process for construction projects, ensuring accurate and comprehensive cost assessments. This role involves collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimation team in analyzing project requirements and preparing detailed cost estimates.

• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure accurate estimations.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.

• Research and analyze vendor bids, subcontractor quotes, and material pricing to develop comprehensive cost estimates.

• Present and explain estimates to clients, management, and team members as needed.

• Monitor and track project costs throughout the project lifecycle, making adjustments when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in cost estimation techniques and software.

• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project specifications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Project management experience is preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation, including leadership roles.

• Certification in estimating or related field is a plus.
