This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with vocational training in laundry operations, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for high-quality service. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining hotel linen standards, operating laundry equipment, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.

• Operate laundry equipment such as flat irons with care and precision.

• Feed food & beverage linens into the flat iron and fold bed sheets/towels according to hotel standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the highest quality of laundry output.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Adhere to fire and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• Vocational training in laundry operations preferred.

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Ability to communicate in English and maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude.

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
