is seeking a full-time, experienced Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join its growing team in Al Ain. This role is suited for professionals in the Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing industry who possess expertise in operating laser cutting, press brake, and shearing machines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, efficiency, and a solid grasp of technical drawings and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laser cutting machines to ensure accurate metal sheet cuts
• Set up and run press brake machines for precise bending and shaping of metal parts
• Utilize shearing machines to perform safe and effective metal cutting
• Read, interpret, and execute designs from blueprints and work orders
• Perform machine adjustments and resolve minor mechanical issues as needed
• Inspect finished components for quality compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of machinery and tools
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and operational policies
• Report equipment malfunctions or required maintenance promptly
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with laser cutting, press brake, and shearing machines
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Basic CNC programming knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of various metals used in fabrication
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work independently and in team settings
• Strong adherence to safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in the UAE or understanding of local fabrication standards
• Availability to start work on short notice
