We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join a major transportation infrastructure project as a client representative. This full-time role involves overseeing landscape design, validating contractor submissions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the construction supervision process.

As a trusted advisor on-site, you’ll apply your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that the landscape components of the project meet high aesthetic, functional, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate landscape designs submitted by contractors.

• Ensure alignment with international and regional standards, project goals, and environmental sustainability requirements.

• Provide landscape design recommendations during all project phases, including construction supervision.

• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to integrate landscape elements with civil and structural components.

• Ensure quality assurance, compliance with LEED or equivalent sustainability standards where applicable.

• Report progress and landscape design concerns to the client.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 10–15+ years of experience in large-scale landscape and infrastructure projects.

• Strong working knowledge of construction contracts and landscape architecture principles.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design tools.

• Certification such as RLA (Registered Landscape Architect) or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of sustainable design and environmental impact practices.

• Experience working in the GCC or Arab countries is essential.

• Prior involvement in transportation or infrastructure projects highly desirable.
