Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in land surveying, construction layouts, and geospatial data analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in legal property boundaries, and the ability to oversee survey operations for construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and define property boundaries to ensure legal compliance and avoid disputes.

Conduct topographic surveys to evaluate natural and man-made site features for planning and development.

Provide accurate site measurements and layouts for construction projects, ensuring work aligns with design specifications.

Collect, analyze, and interpret geospatial data for mapping and development.

Mark legal property boundaries in compliance with UAE land laws and regulations.

Set out construction layouts for roads, buildings, and infrastructure based on project blueprints.

Verify alignment and elevation during different construction phases.

Conduct site visits to assess conditions, validate previous survey data, and oversee project progress.

Oversee construction coordination to ensure work aligns with project priorities and plans.

Identify and resolve any site-related issues during construction processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Strong understanding of geometry, trigonometry, and spatial data analysis.

Ability to interpret and analyze maps, construction plans, and legal property descriptions.

Familiarity with land laws, zoning regulations, and property rights in the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, surveying tools, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership skills to guide teams, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.
