• IFF is currently hiring a Lab Compounder to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with a passion for science, attention to detail, and experience in laboratory environments. The role involves supporting various labs such as Application, Perfumery, and Laundry, as well as assisting in shipping duties and sample analysis during high-demand periods.

As a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, IFF is driven by curiosity, diversity, and innovation. The Lab Compounder will play a crucial part in preparing and evaluating samples, maintaining quality control standards, and supporting technical teams in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple labs by preparing, setting up, and evaluating samples for the Home Care Technical Team

• Perform compounding tasks and assist with Viscosity & Titration sample analysis

• Cover shipping responsibilities during peak periods or in the absence of primary staff

• Follow lab protocols and maintain data integrity in compliance with internal quality standards

• Collaborate with the Lab Supervisor and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks

Required Skills:

• Strong mathematical abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma

• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience

• 1 to 2 years of compounding experience in a relevant lab environment
