Swisslinx Middle East represents a reputable international corporate bank based in Dubai. As a leading recruitment firm, we’re partnering with our client to onboard a skilled KYC Analyst to support their Corporate Clients division on a 6 to 8 months contract.

About the Role

The KYC Analyst will be responsible for a broad range of middle-office tasks, credit control, and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance activities. The role supports the Global and Japanese Corporate Client segments and will require detailed coordination with internal teams, ensuring compliance and accuracy across client onboarding and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic and ad-hoc KYC reviews, ensuring minimum overdue cases.

• Manage credit and front-office operational tasks for GCIB and JCIB clients.

• Conduct and update control testing and audits for middle office operations.

• Prepare covenant check sheets, ensuring financial compliance and timely escalation.

• Maintain and update facility agreements, NDA repositories, and other legal documentation.

• Administer customer onboarding systems such as OVS, CIS NET, and GCMS+.

• Support DFSA classification processes and financial promotion tracking.

• Assist with KYC remediation and compliance audit queries.

• Coordinate documentation signing processes ensuring compliance and policy alignment.

• Liaise with global offices on Project Finance deal documentation.

• Provide support to the Research and Compliance teams in data verification and risk mitigation.

• Support other CET members with presentations, reports, and strategic documents when required.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in KYC, operations, or middle-office roles in the finance industry.

• Experience working directly with corporate banking clients.

• Strong attention to detail, document management, and process tracking.

• Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as OVS, CIS NET, GCMS+ and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle confidential data and compliance-related queries with discretion.
